Corrections, questions and accessibility problems are all welcome. We read everything, and we answer what we can.

What to Write About

• Corrections. If something on the site is factually wrong, tell us what and, if you can, point to a source. Notes from optometrists, ophthalmologists and vision scientists are especially valuable.
• Accessibility. If any part of the site is hard to use with a screen reader, a keyboard, magnification or a color filter, that is a bug and we want to hear about it.
• Privacy. Requests and questions covered by the privacy policy.
• Permission. Requests to quote, translate or reuse content beyond short attributed excerpts, as set out in the terms of use.
• Press and research. Questions about how the plates are generated and validated.

What We Cannot Help With

We cannot interpret your result for you, tell you whether you are fit for a particular job, or advise on treatment. We are not clinicians, and a screening taken on an uncalibrated screen is not the basis for any of those answers. An optometrist can settle all three properly, usually in one appointment. If your color vision has changed recently, is getting worse, or is different in each eye, do not wait for a reply from us. That pattern is not inherited color blindness and it is worth an appointment soon.

Response Time

This is a small independent site, not a company with a support desk. Most messages get a reply within a few days. Corrections are usually acted on faster than they are answered.
